Casual, fast and done right
Alpa is a smash burger joint in the centre of Vic. We smash the beef on a very hot griddle so it is crispy outside and juicy inside, with cheddar, pickles and our own sauces.
Five burgers, single or double, homemade fries and a vegetarian option. Gluten-free bun on request. Wednesday to Sunday evenings.
